Yellow Curry Chicken Recipe



Yellow Curry Chicken so yummy! Here is the Recipe!
Roasted Chicken Pre Cooked (use the dark meat) 1/2 pound
2 tablespoons yellow curry
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 cup of chicken stock (not chicken broth)
1 cup water
2 large potatoes cubed
12 baby carrots
1 small red onion (sliced small)
1 teaspoon siracha hot sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a large pan that you can put a lid over. Let it get up to boil then reduce the heat down to simmer and put a lid on it mix well. Let it steam cook for about 25 minutes. After 25 minutes increase heat and cook until liquid is all but dissolved. Serve hot over rice. Enjoy
